Quiz for Charity

We came up with something special for our Christmas campaign last year: A quiz to raise funds for charity. For every correct answer, we donated CHF 5 to Powercoders. A total of 1825 CHF was raised. Greenliff rounded this sum up to 2500 CHF. A big thank you to everyone who took part!

We are very happy about this feedback. Especially in these special times, we wanted to do something for a sustainable Christmas that serves the community and does good. That's why it's even nicer that so many have taken part in the quiz!

The organisation to which the donation will go is Powercoders. Powercoders promotes the work integration of refugees and migrants in the IT industry. This gives diverse IT talents a chance and companies benefit from qualified professionals. As a digital agency, we feel how valuable well-trained software developers and testers are. That's why Powercoders was the right choice for our fundraising campaign.

The idea for the quiz came about because traditional Christmas mail and small gifts no longer seemed appropriate to us, as many of our clients, partners and friends are already back or still working from home offices. The quiz was a good alternative, and at the same time it was fun to donate.

As Christmas is over, we have taken the site offline. Here are a few impressions and screenshots:
